Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ben Sherman purchase, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns on eligible items.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges

We will happily provide a refund or exchange if:

  • The goods are returned within 30 days.
  • The goods are returned unworn, in a clean, saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached.
  • A Return Request is logged via your account page

If you wish to exchange your items, please email your exchange request to shop@bensherman.com.au to confirm item availability before sending your return.

Exclusions

We cannot provide a refund under the law if:

  • The items are damaged, have been worn, or are not faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, hosiery and underwear cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size.

Shipping Fees:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange unless faulty

Items discounted by 50% or greater are also considered Final Sale and cannot be returned unless faulty

Our change-of-mind returns policy is in addition to your rights under consumer laws. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once we have received the return.

Important Information for Third-Party Purchases

For any Ben Sherman products purchased from third-party sites (e.g., The Iconic, Myer, David Jones, or independent retailers), exchanges or refunds must be processed directly with the place of purchase.

How to Return Your Items Online

Head to your Order section within your Account page

  1. Find your order, and select 'Request a Return'
  2. Follow the steps to request a return
  3. Your return will be reviewed by our team, and once approved, a link to download a prepaid label will be sent back to you

If you wish to exchange your items, please submit your exchange request to shop@bensherman.com.au

Processing Times:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

Returns from New Zealand are not eligible for free return shipping. Please take the item to your local post office to send back to us.
