General Delivery Information
We deliver to all addresses within Australia and New Zealand, including PO Boxes.
- Orders can take between 1-3 business days to be dispatched.
- Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.
- You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.
- All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Victoria, Australia
Australia Only shipping option
*All Express Post orders will require a signature on delivery.
You will receive tracking information from the carrier selected once you complete your order and it is dispatched.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.
Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post
location on the card left by the courier.
New Zealand Only shipping option
Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities. Once the item has left our Distribution Centre, the delivery time frame is beyond our control.
You will receive tracking information from the carrier selected once you complete your order and it is dispatched.
